Despite the inevitable navigational problem in OFD top we eventually made it down to the streamway and carried on to Top Waterfall. On the way out Bridget fell and hit her back in the great oxbow sump bypass in the main stream. Fortunately she was OK but it could have been a lot worse. We left the cave via Cwm Dwr.
